For the past 10 years, I have dealt with a particular trademark attorney. He had his own establishment, then went to work for this company and eventually left. Since then, one of my trademarks was about to expire and someone I never talked to from this company contacted me about it. We went back and forth with emails because I had questions and decided NOT to renew the trademark. Well, a month or so later, I get an invoice out of nowhere – WITH A LATE FEE on top of it! I messaged them reminding them I decided not to renew plus they contacted me, I never contacted them. They responded by saying they discussed it and decided to write off the charges and told me to disregard the invoice. Here we are, another month later, and yet ANOTHER INVOICE is sent to me, WITH LATE FEES and an entirely different invoice number! This company is very disorganized and are marketing predators!
Completely useless law firm. Billed us hundreds of dollars and gave us no actionable information. Rarely returned calls, if ever. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not use!
