Seemed fantastic at first… documents all sent,. paperwork filled in. Went I finalize everything onsite and when we arrived he was not there (family emergency…ok!) but neither was the notary…only in person staff member (she was trying her absolute best) said she was a new hire and wasn’t sure what to do…so our legally binding documents had no lawyer or notary present and the thought that was ok.
