MedVet took my service dog away from me during a consultation with their specialist. Returned her blind , soaked in urine , and un able to move. She has gotten better except still cannot move her back leggs. There are also insurance claims , along with an estate matter. Was told to come out the for an in-person consultation and bring papers with me.
There was 2 emails and 2 phone calls about the issues at hand.
When I get there I’m told their estate attorney is allergic to dogs and I have to have an phone consultation. Along with that I’m told the only matter they could help with is an estate.
Could have told me that before waiting a week and driving my injured service dog and hour away.
2 red flags before the consultation.
