Very cordial staff. And Lane is very knowledgeable. Closing on a property went well. HOWEVER, sad to say, I have had the same exact issue as Boreman Homestead in his review. It has been 2 1/2 years since closing on our property, and still the gas and mineral rights issue has not been resolved after calling NUMEROUS TIMES and simply requesting that a letter be written to the gas company. Quite frustrating.
In a few days it will be one year since my father passed everything was clearly spelled out in my fathers will as to his final wishes, so clear a five yrar old could have finalized everything in ninty days . Laynes motto is the longer it takes the better ^for him ^ of course. I’ve not gotten a response or have had any word from him or anyone for eight month’s now regarding my fathers final wishes. Not sure how a person is supposed to finish the grieving process while the “attorney ^ drags his feet for personnel gain,obviously. Beware of this person !
