I hired Emily Long Hoffman in Dec 2019 for a civil suit. She filed the initial paperwork and told me all is done I just have to wait for the courts to send me the letter with the court date.
After waiting on the letter and many unanswered phone calls to her for nearly 2 years I called the Prothonotary office yesterday to find out she didn’t file all the paperwork needed by the courts and she STILL refuses to return my calls.
I am really hoping her negligence has not caused me to lose this case and all the monies paid to her.
It’s horrible to put your trust into someone who ignores you and does not care. GRRR!
