Very disappointed in the firm and TomProfy. After of months of planning and 13k in fees I got no where. The plan that he lined out was never brought up in court and he advised me to take a settlement. Well 90 days later no settlement and no money to carry on my case. I feel very very left in the cold. Please look elsewhere for your needs. Enough said but there is more
I do appreciate your response but when we went to court we didn’t present our case as we planned. The lawyers all had come to an agreement before we had started. As far as the agreement they reached it still hasn’t been settled long beyond the 90 day settlement promised I could not afford to go on.
