They are very slow in responding. The lawyer mostly had her assistant communicate with me. When I complained they dropped me as a client without my consent.

Do not call this law firm. I am just now receiving a past due notice for an invoice from May of this year for a service that was never provided. It was promised, talked about on the phone but never delivered. The simple document I was requesting was a liability waiver release form for a tour service for my Lancaster county Business: which is now Offering guided hiking tours in beautiful Lancaster county. I never saw any kind of email from this law firm let alone document that I had requested. Somehow they are perfectly able to send invoices to my email. Interesting.
