I hired Mr. Kansky 8 years ago to defend me in a multiple count state felony case. Mr. Kansky was very tenacious in his approach to the state and refused to “roll over and play ball” as numerous other local firms recommended I do. Not only did he prove the state didn’t know what they were talking about, he got the entire case dismissed. He even told the DA at one hearing, “You have no case and you know it!”. The entire courtroom went dead silent at that and we had many people, defendants and other attorneys come over to high five him after the case was dismissed. The fees were a fraction of what other firms quoted and his time and commitment were beyond expectations.
