His office did a great job! No problems!
I do not recommend seeing this lawyer!!! he was very biased, arrogant, ignorant and just a rude person to me and my father in preparation for my families living-will arrangements. I was nothing but respectful to that guy and he literally told my father, that I was trying to “persuade” my father into doing things that he did not want to do. Everything already had been agreed upon (for years) of what the arrangements were supposed to be (all spoken about with my mother still being alive & her wanting it this way).. For whatever reason it was very obvious he did not want me to have any part of My family home and kept being very rude repeating himself saying to my father that it was his decision (which we all understood, agreed to that and I even stated it myself before speaking). Mind you my dad’s health and mental state are deteriorating due to illnesses and so he does forget a lot that we have spoken about or like the things my mom wanted to have done (almost everything). It left me speechless, the way he acted. It was totally unprofessional. I don’t know if he was having a bad day and I was just his floor mat for the morning or what. He literally kicked me out of his office and slammed the door as I was walking out hitting me on the back of my shoulder leaving my shoulder feeling uneasy and felt bruised. Save your time! save your money! do not go to his office it could end very badly as it did for me…
Very reasonable fee to prepare a will and a medical power of attorney. Revised the POA when the person I had given it to passed away, and the one that had been prepared for him stood up with his hospital and emergency room.
