Richard A Cataldi is rude. He does not keep you informed and NEVER returns calls. Gets frustrated when you call him. He makes constant threats to drop your case if you “bug him” which to him is as simple as a phone call. I am writing this review on behalf of someone else who is too scared to even look towards Cataldi’s way because of all the threats. Richard A Cataldi isnt helping my partner he is intimadating my partner and I dont like it. No one should be scared to speak to their atorney in fear that he will drop your case just because you called. No information has been given in four months do your job Richard and help people.
