This level of attentiveness and willingness to help, even over the phone, is what makes clients want to refer and use their services.
I have to say out all the lawyer offices i have called, Mr. Haller took time to explain something to me over the phone that helped alot, albiet he was a little rushed but at least he took time to explain and put my mind at ease.
He didnt even have to give his time of day. That in itself would make me want to refer them and use their services. Thank you once again. 🙂
WOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Called to make an appointment and was told by an older man to call back because he had a conference call. I was shocked. I asked to make an appointment. He then told me not to call back at all. IF THIS IS HOW POTENTIAL CLIENTS ARE TREATED Look else where, perhaps for an attorney with communication skills or at least with one who has an assistant to answer the phones. Yikes.
