Have been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks now. Jone is extremely rude and condescending. She sounds like She’s worked there for centuries but does not know anything about anything. I don’t know if She’s just plain racist, ignorant or just needs to find a different job that would only require yes or no answers out of her. Even better something that does not require ANY customer service skills. Because in all honesty for the past 2 weeks I’ve been calling she has proven to have none. She always picks up and rushes you to stop talking to hang up, answers in a bothered very rude tone. Not helpful or insightful at all. if he wants any business to continue going his way he needs to get rid of her. I don’t ever write reviews but he needs to do a lot better with this staff. Or more specifically get Jone off of phone duty. I feel like she doesn’t even write down my information to call back.
