Would I recommend this attorney? Absolutely not! And if you choose this lawyer, that’s the answer you will always get because “Absolutely not!” is his favorite saying. We just bought a home through an estate and the seller used Matthew Curiale. We got all of our ducks lined up in a row very quickly and our bank and attorney were all ready to close (as well as the seller), but when asked if we could move up the closing date, he responded with his favorite saying. There was no reason to delay the proceedings. We were told he could have taken care of his part as soon as he learned we would be buying it. On top of that, our closing date was supppsed to be on Wednesday December 1. The seller got to sign, but for some unknown reason they sent the paperwork via FedEx… We didn’t get to sign until Tuesday, December 7.
