Dave Lucas took the time to fully explain every step of the process and provide beneficial advice. He and his staff quickly responded to any questions I had, updated me on court and state proceedings and completed the required paperwork. I was especially impressed when Mr. Lucas went with me to process the initial paperwork at the courthouse and banks instead of leaving me to go and figure it out by myself. Within the first two hours of meeting Mr. Lucas we had accomplished what others have told me took them months to sort out.
While the legal profession is often viewed as uncaring, Dave Lucas and his staff prove there are exemplary exceptions.
I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Lucas and Diana Cramer to settle the estate of my late aunt. She did not make things easy on me or Attorney Lucas or Diana. It felt like the estate was a maze and I am quite sure if I had a different attorney, we would still be trying to find our way out of it. David and Diana stayed in constant communication, answered every question, offered very succinct and understandable explanations, and were with me every step of the way. There was never a time I felt I was alone or out of touch. The information I garnered while handling this for my aunt gave me a much clearer insight on how to help my mother and myself prepare our assets. I would certainly recommend Attorney Lucas and his staff to anyone preparing an estate plan.
WOW! What an EXPERIENCE with this law firm! After spending a lot of money, of course, you would expect or hope, at least, some or even any respectable representation, right? I would think, from the outside, looking in, that these Attorney’s were representing my ex-wife, who filed on me. If you are willing, please find a way to reach out to me (I am on LinkedIn and FB) and I will tell you EXACTLY WHY you should not EVER CHOOSE this FIRM (if that is what they are) to represent you…but if you want to lose on every turn, and be charged for even the silliest of things, and have them represent your ex, and not you – you cannot FIND a BETTER GROUP here! 1 STAR is TOO MUCH, but I can’t enter in negatives! on the stars…
