My wife and I went to Mr. Brownstein to revise estate planning documents through our ARAG legal plan. The initial consultation was pleasant, the rest was not. We gave Mr. Brownstein the only copy of our documents and he committed that revisions would be a “quick turnaroundâ€. Mr. Brownstein then did not contact us for months. When I remembered and contacted him Mr. Brownstein forgot our previous conversations as if we never consulted with him. More importantly, he lost the only copy of our original estate planning documents. Surprisingly, Mr. Brownstein then refused to make revisions due to a “challenges in communication†leaving us without the original documents we gave him or revised documents. I would not recommend Mr. Brownstein’s services. You can get better.
