2024 I had to reach out Ellen, who was referred to me by a friend. I had terrible issues going on with my ex, and our daughter after I had made the decision to move out due to a extremely toxic environment, and our daughter getting older.It was getting worse and worse so I reached out to Ellen.
I initially spoke with her secretary Linda who is a saint, and extremely HELPFUL.
As the months continued on with numerous court dates, conferences etc. Ellen was the most helpful, and prepared attorney I could of ever asked for. Her focus was my daughter, as was mine through the entirety of this custody battle. Every time we walked out of a hearing, I was winning a little bit at a time.
The big day came where I had to fight a relocation attempt. When that day came Ellen was very professional, focused, extremely well prepared, provided me with great legal advice, and also LISTENED to all of my evidence etc.
To say she is the best would be cliché I guess, but she really is. I couldn’t of asked for anyone better. In the end my daughter was not moved away, amongst other great things.
If you need an attorney who is going to listen, make your child the focus, not the parents, and FIGHT for you as well (this doesn’t mean screaming in court, or outlandish tactics etc) then you need to have her represent you right away.
