I came to this firm during one of the most traumatic periods of my life, hoping for support, professionalism, and clarity. What I received was the exact opposite: delayed responses, lack of transparency, and ultimately, a cold termination email without proper resolution.

I had to chase down updates. I was gaslit about paperwork. When I questioned the accuracy of their numbers, I was met with defensiveness and silence.

If you’re just looking for someone to shuffle papers and treat your life-altering injury like a case file, maybe this is the place for you.

But if you want someone who actually fights for you, not just their cut please look elsewhere.

They were great to us. Very professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I can’t say enough about Villari, Brandes & Giannoni! From the moment I met Peter Villari I felt certain that I was heard. He explained the lengthy process of my lawsuit and told me to focus on getting better and they would handle my suit.

They were always available for phone or email discussions. In 2020 they mediated a settlement for me on Zoom! I was VERY grateful that during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic I did not have to leave my home to go to court.
