This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a lawyer, if you even wanna call him that. Eric Hackenberg is a terrible attorney. He spoke over me the entire time to the point where I eventually had to say “Eric can you please let me finish a sentence before you go on a tangent?†He is disrespectful, will not return your calls, and he does not know the law!!!! I had to remind him of my rights! He should know these things!! He’s dismissive, incompetent, talks way too much about absolutely nothing important and he will make you feel hopeless. He’s a complete waste of time. Eric if you see this, consider another profession. Preferably one where you don’t have to help people in need.
I spoke with the secretary about an issue and she called me back the next day. I never spoke with an actual attorney. The issue I inquired about, the secretary didn’t seem to understand. She proceeded to tell me their office couldn’t help me and didn’t deal with issues such as mine. Their office was referred to me because of specific needs.
