I’d like to preface this review by stating that searching for a lawyer is a scary process, especially if you’ve experienced bad ones in the past. They are expensive, some are overly aggressive, and you never truly know what you are getting yourself into, or how deep of a financial hole you end up with when the dust settles. I’ve seldom had positive experiences looking for representation in the past.
So understand that this review comes from an ultra skeptic that has been represented by some pretty slimy lawyers in the past. But honestly Amber Law has been seemless to work with. Almost to the level of feeling like it was a sin.
It started with phone call and initial consultation with Attorney DeBernardis. He laid out what my options are, and allowed me a chance to think about hiring him without being aggressive, pushy, or making me feel uneasy in an already uneasy situation. I went with my instincts at that moment and agreed to retain his service. It really was a great decision.
I spoke with his paralegal Sarah several times to set things up (She was a pleasure to talk to btw..). Attorney DeBernadis and I had a phone conversation the day before our hearing, where he walked me though the procedures, possible outcomes, and some question/answers, and…………as futile as it was, he told me to “relax and get a good nights’ sleep”. We met briefly again the next day and he went to work.
To make a long story short, he basically got me the best possible outcome one can ask for, and I walked out of the hearing completely happy with the results. What a great decision it was to have attorney DeBernadis representing me. Worth every minute and every penny!!
Coming from a person that has deep skepticism with lawyers, please understand that writing a positive review about one takes a big step out of my preconceptions and past experiences. I can confidently write, however, that the group at Amber Law (the Carlisle office), Sarah, and attorney DeBernardis, really gave me the assurance to recommend them to anybody out there looking for an attorney. I hope to the universe you would never need one, but if you do for any reason, Amber Law is a solid place to go seek representation.
