Very rude, negligent in representing elderly client’s interest and only concerned with $$. Took almost a year to act on my father’s case (He has dementia, but NeuroPsych says he is NOT incompetent.. Time to act VERY important!). Never wrote a will despite being 1st thing we asked for. Ignored my dad saying he wanted to leave money to family and loved ones… Told my dad to sell house and split money with ex without seeking compensation for paying all the bills for 15 yrs. Simultaneously said my dad isn’t competent enough to leave his own (only) Granddaughter money in a trust or estate. Treated me like some greedy relative when I am the POA and the only person taking care of my father’s medical, legal and housing matters. What a nut 🥜 Go elsewhere if you want timely legal action!
Attorney mears and her assistant Michelle are sweet and pleasant great people as someone who worked in a law office when I was younger I wish I had worked with people like them they truly are a class act I’d highly recommend them
