Mr. Zanotelli met with me a couple months back prior to legal action needing to take place and agreed to represent me. When the time came for action, Mr. Zanotelli would not communicate with me and refused to respond to calls or emails. After 5 messages, his assistant finally called to tell me they hadn’t actually made time for my case and he was several months out. Now, I’m having to start from scratch when it’s time to begin the legal process, delaying progress. I was not impressed with the lack of commitment Mr. Zanotelli has, the fact that he wavered or his lack of communication.
