Attorney Elliott will always be in my prayers for the wonderful work he did for my family. If you want a hard working advocate, look no further.

Mr. Elliott was condescending, arrogant, rude, accusatory, exceedingly unprofessional with not only me but my entire family. Every concern we had he rolled his eyes and did nothing about it. He would shut me up and not let me express myself nor my family. On one occasion, I had to tell him to keep a modicum of professionalism, patience and compassion because he was treating me like I was a waste of matter and was getting annoyed for anything I had to add when we were prepping for the trial. His body language, tone of voice and facial expressions were repugnant. He could have cared less about my perspective, emotions and experiences. I did not feel that I was in a supportive environment and there was no trust and rapport. He rolled his eyes countless times and frowned about my family’s religion. He disregarded any willingness to help me truly and my child.

Tom helped me a great deal with a messy custody issue. He was always fair and balanced in his mindset, realistic and affordable. I appreciate him and this office a great deal. I come from a family of attorneys and Tom is one of the great ones. Smart, dedicated, realistic, and capable.
