I would advise any parent to stay far away from Tiffany Davidson. She was a court-appointed attorney for my two children, in the midst of a two extremely difficult custody cases. In the course of her work, she fiercely advocated for my daughter to remain in full custody of her father, who has a founded child abuse charge on his record. In my first case dealing with Ms. Davidson, I shared with her domestic violence incidents perpetrated by my ex-husband, and she completely dismissed them and never took any notes. During the second custody case, which was triggered by Child Protection Services pulling my children from their fathers home due to imminent danger, when I again tried to express my concern regarding their father’s domestic violence in the past further raising my concern regarding further potential for abuse, Ms. Davidson again completely dismissed my concerns, and had the audacity to engage in victim blaming that the matter had not come up in the past, which was untrue and only related to her poor listening skills, note taking, and basic concern.
Ms. Davidson is an incredible lawyer and advocate. She is highly intelligent and driven. She will cover every base, leave no stone unturned, prepare every possible preparation, to make sure that the law works the way it is supposed to to protect you and your children. How do I know? Because I am well into year 2 of a very long and drawn out case and after experiencing some awful hearings without adequate representation, I was referred to Tiffany. She changed the course of our lives for the better and has made sure that every avenue possible has been explored to be able to protect and help the kids and I! She is such a blessing and I am very thankful for her services.
