Disappointed! We ask for proofing a contract, wanted comments and recommendations for remodeling our house. Instead 3 days we waited 10 days, got several small comments without relevant impact. With the comments came the 1,000 USD bill, which is not the problem. Only one working day later he ask about the payment… really?
