They are rip offs they took money up front then didn’t even answer my question the lawyer told me what o already knew and didn’t even answer my one question i had.I only recommend this lawyer to anyone if they want to get ripped off and ignored.
Jessica L. Wingler did a great job at helping litigate my child custody matter. She made every effort to find a settlement that would be in the best interest of our child, and in the end we did go to trial – prevailing. The person who has left a single star review isn’t even capable of spelling correctly. Unfortunately, not all people are the easiest to represent and sometimes as an attorney she has to figure out if she is there to do damage control because a pro se has already made a mess of things instead of getting representation first – that gets expensive. But also, modest means or not, a $2000 retainer for a divorce is actually very reasonable in this area. And she is also the only attorney locally and in the next three counties who even accepts modest means. That is sad that this guy, who wasn’t even ever represented by Ms. Wingler has to put his two cents in, attempting to defame one of the county’s most wonderful, thoughtful, and amazing attorneys, who is capable, willing, and able to fight against any other attorney in this county. That guy doesn’t know what he is talking about.
