This so call lawyer will take advantage of singal wemonan of onewho just lost her mother and husband. He tryed to get 80,000.00 for a simple probate case where if you were a man he charges 6,500.00 a women wanted 80 thousand got 40 thousand.and during the close of case with judge he slipped in paper work for signature for another 10,000.00 like he was showing judge it never hit judges ruleing judge never seen. He did it to scare my sister into thinking there goes another 10 thousand would have been a total of 50,000.00 my sister is mentaly delayed he riped her off if i lived in Oregon this would not of happened. I would have been the rep in my mothers estate. Its ashame this man can still practice in any state he has many complaines he is a thief if ever there was one. Look out Ladys
If you are a woman DO NOT US unless you want to end up homeless, penniless, and without dignity. My sister in law has lost everything due to this so called attorney. he is untruthful, tells u what he thinks u want to hear. Her divorce was finalized in June 2017 and money she was awarded and 401K split are yet to seen. She was married 31 years to a man that had affair and she thot this attorney was going to help. He did help. Helped her lose home, helped her lose vehicle, helped her lose respect. I wouldnt recommend this attorney to anyone for anything. Worthless!!!!!
