A friend recommended the law firm, Zimmer Bond Fay as I was in need of a family law attorney to quickly file an amendment related to my divorce and I was assigned attorney, Cassandra Snelling. My issue was complicated and extremely time sensitive and I was very impressed with Ms. Snelling’s responsiveness, communication and professionalism. Ms. Snelling understood all of the issues and met my timeline with no delays. I highly recommend Ms. Snelling and this firm.
I typically utilize attorneys to do a deep dive into detail to find areas that are detrimental to my situation. This firm did nothing but charge me a lot of money with no attention to detail and no suggestions to better my standing. They placated to my ex and the other attorneys and made no suggestions or changes on my behalf. It was 100% one-sided. I came out of my divorce with nothing and the other party with everything. Nothing positive came from this. I could have done nothing and come out better. It still haunts me today. Their lack of oversight and concern on my behalf during the process was and is staggering. Go elsewhere for solid representation.
Been with this law firm for years. I was represented by Joel, he was amazing!!! Professional, and in control. But in 2020 he retired. I went back the firm knowing they had great lawyers. I was given Cassandra, we talked and she seemed ok. I let her represent me, it was a small court proceeding. She was a nightmare. When talking to her on the phone she would not answer my question, so I would have to ask her in another way. This was time consuming and costly. I’m still shocked on how bad she represented my character. I look bad in the courts eye because of how she represented me. She seemed not to care much. At the end she was smiling and felt she did a good job. Still shocked about that. This is just my experience with Cassandra. After working with her. I truly miss Joel, if you have a good attorney KEEP THEM & PRAY THEY DONT RETIRE :-). I know this law firm has great lawyers. I just got the bad apple.
