I don’t know him, but his TEAM is very unprofessional. it takes for ever to get a direct answer from them. of that being said, they refuse to help you easily without a clear answer.
I called Mr. Kuranz’s office months ago on the recommendation of another attorney I have worked with. I waited for a call back, an email, something. I called them again a couple of days ago, only to be told quite rudely that I’m not in the system. I got a bit upset at the tone expressed by Claudia. It was demeaning, belittling, and arrogant when she said that I must not have called in because I wasn’t in the system. I’ve never been called a liar so boldly before!! I get an email today from Mr. Kuranz stating that I have a time frame to be wary of, and he can’t represent me because he is out of the country. I totally understand him being out of the country. I don’t begrudge him a vacay. I do however take exception to the fact his office completely dropped the ball, blamed it on me, and then had the audacity to mention a time limit to file!! There isn’t anyone down there who has any idea about customer service, and they don’t care at all. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR RIGHTS! Find somebody else!
