I called to see what retainer fee would be and how much a consultation fee would be. Will was out of the office the week I had called, But Michelle had told me that she would email my information to him and the case information to him to see if it was something he could take on. I explained the urgency of needing a lawyer by Monday. She told me she would try to get in touch with Will, but would let me know no later than early Monday afternoon. I never heard from her, so I called about 9:30am. She explained to me that they were reviewing cases and she would call me back. I didn’t hear from her, so I called about 2:00pm. She said that Will was in a meeting, but that he had told her he needed to do some research on the case and she would let me know as soon as he was out of the meeting. I NEVER heard back from her. I tried calling their office at 4:30pm and no one answered. I still have not heard back from their office. If they didn’t want to take on the case, that’s no problem. Completely unprofessional to leave someone “hanging”. A simple, “Yes we can help” or “No we can’t” would have been just fine.
