This attorney sailed me down the river. He screwed me out of a appeal by lieing to me saying he would file my appeal after 30 days after conviction just to get back at me for trying to fire him because of his incompetent representation. Refused to answer my attempts to contact him during my 54 month incarceration. As your attorney you don’t lie than refuse contact because your hurt feelings. If you want abdicate representation then seek a different attorney.
This is the most uncompetitive attorney in the state. He is a liar and doesn’t even do is diligence to review the case that he is supposed to be fighting under your behalf. Save yourself from going to prison and do not hire
