Noel used to be a very stand up guy he was someone i referred everyone too for legal help unfortunately thats no longer the case my wife and i went to him for help with a automobile purchase issue we have been trying to deal with and after going in and meeting and talking i guess he decided we simply aren’t worth his time im not sure we completely got ghosted we cant get a call back left several messages and have waited a couple months giving him the benefit of the doubt maybe hes busy ect. but no hes just chose to ignore us so take this in to consideration when going to him for help you may or may not get it
He worked very hard for me as a public defender, and got me out of a crazy mess. I am very thankful for him.
Kersey is a horrible judge, she has no business being a judge, for a year and a half my family and I have been harassed and bullied by our neighbors and they have repeatedly vandalized and trespassed on our property, we have contacted the sheriff more than 100 times to get the behavior to stop, the sheriff told me to get a stalking order, I went to the courthouse and filled it out, on the stalking order it gives 3 options, 1 of them is neighbor, pure and simple black and white, Kersey had the nerve to tell me that a stalking order is only for domestic relationships, but on the paperwork it says neighbors, she even refused to tell me what paperwork I need! I even went back to the sheriff and he confirmed it, Kersey needs to be fired, she is a horrible judge and obviously she doesn’t know the law or how to read English, if anything happens again to me my family and my property I will do whatever it takes to protect myself and I will make sure that the whole world knows it is all Kerseys fault
