Partners Tax – Hillsboro

Just the absolute worst. They did my taxes in March, and I paid them. They said they were going to file an extension for me even though the tax deadline was a couple of weeks away. They said it was a precautionary measure because they get swamped at this time of year. Two months later I still hadn’t received my tax return. After trying repeatedly to contact them, I went to the office in person only to find a note in the window saying it was a seasonal office and I had to go to Hillsboro. I called the Hillsboro office and they said they had no idea who I was but they would look for my paperwork. They didn’t call me back so I stopped in later that day. They informed me that they had just filed my taxes that day, over two months after I’d paid them to do them. They also told me that I couldn’t take my tax paperwork because they needed photocopies. They said everything will be ready for pickup next week. I went back today, one week later, to pick up my taxes and they still weren’t done. And yet again they didn’t give me all of my paperwork. They had lost track of my previous tax years and lost one of them. Don’t trust this place, they are an absolute clown show.
