Rosalind A Dagradi, an attorney based in Grants Pass, Oregon, has received mixed reviews from clients. While some praise her as a great lawyer, particularly for those seeking to protect their children during difficult times, others express frustration with her communication and organizational skills. Overall, the feedback suggests that while she may have the potential to provide valuable legal support, her service has been perceived as inconsistent and unprofessional by a number of clients.
Shes a great lawyer when your kids are younger to protect them.
This lady is a crook. She wanted a retainer of $4,000 (ok not a problem) was hoping this was a “get what you pay for” monent, she said at the consultation that the retainer would be more than enough to get through the divorce hearing. Every phone conference/meeting we had, I would have to repeat everything that we had talked about previously, like she didn’t take any notes. She postponed the initial hearing saying that we probably wouldn’t have been seen by the judge but I really believe she was in cohorts with my ex-wifes attorney, they would draw stuff out so they could charge for more time. Mind you this should have been a very simple divorce hearing, no business’s involved and not much property either. I made it very clear that I wanted more parenting time with my kids and that was my main goal. I hired her just before Covid hit, it has now been over a year with nothing resolved. 8 months into it and before the hearing for interm spousal support because my ex motioned for it, I had to add another $2,500 to the retainer to bring it up above $2,000 minimum. After the interm hearing for spousal support I now owe another $2000. She then tells me, we could file for interm parenting time but it would be expensive. Haha as if she hasn’t charged enough already… So you can see that they (the attorneys) postpone the main dissolution hearing and draw it out so you are forced to file interm hearings to get stuff done, which ofcourse costs more $$$. She charged me $770 for 2 hours of “hearing prep” the hearing was less than 30min and in no way could you convince me she spent 2 hours preparing for that hearing. Mistakes were made in paperwork and caught by the judge (how embarrassing) her assistant couldn’t figure out how to print off pictures that I emailed her. I had to help set up the video conference audio for the hearing in her office. Just complete unprofessional service that came at a very high premium. We finally have a hearing set for the divorce dissolution in Aug. I am firing Rosalind and feel I can get more accomplished on my own.
COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I made a flight in to have an appointment with her – she cancelled rescheduled, then had me wait because she was late. Absolutely no concern for time other than her own.
