Worst lawyer I’ve ever worked with. My husband’s lawyer, Mike Smith, and his assistant Amanda were TERRIBLE at returning calls or emails. They only answered if we called from an unfamiliar number. They committed to working our case and then sat on all completed and requested paperwork for over two months without doing anything. They never gave any guidance as to how to document our case or how to ensure proper medical treatment. Their negligence WAS EXTREMELY detrimental to the case.Their response when asking what was going on was to dodge calls and emails instead of just saying they were too busy with bigger cases to give my partner and I ANY respect or communication deserving of a signed client. We fired them after three attempts to call, and three attempts to email to find out what was going on, and they never responded with a clear answer. They acted as if our attempts to communicate were an inconvenience and a bother. Very disappointing. I will never work with this law firm again. What they did was negligent and cruel. Shame on them.

I had an amazing experience through this law firm. My lawyer was Emily Crocker Stebbins and the care Emily took with my case by really getting to know me as a client, so she could get the best result, means a lot to me. I felt listened too and ended with the closure I needed. Emily was thorough, deteremined, and honest throughout the whole process. If you need assistence with the law I strongly recommend this law firm and most importantly Emily Crocker Stebbins. Very skilled lawyers that also treat you well. 5 stars.
