I would rate lower than one star if this was an option. I hired Jennifer over two years ago to make some adjustments on my mother’s trust. She was confident in our first meeting that it would be a simple fix and take about 90 days at most. She ask for a $2,500 retainer fee which she explained she would draw from as needed and it probably wouldn’t require all of it. I paid her by credit card and 2 and a half years later, I have yet to get the work done I requested and have on multiple occasions have requested my money back. I even went to her office face to face and she said she would Venmo me but she never did. She won’t communicate and will not return my money. She is a crook and to take advantage of a senior citizen as I am is utterly pathetic. I am reporting her to the board for her actions. Be ware if you are thinking to hire her.
Horrible excuse for an attorney. I have not heard a WORD from her since my first court date in January. I have reached out through phone, email, etc. i don’t even think she knows my name…. Just horrible. If I could choose 0 stars i would.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful to my family in setting up a trust. I would trust her with any legal needs I have in the future. She’s a great attorney and a wonderful, caring person.
