I hired Marcy Fassio to assist with a misdemeanor DUI. They immediately went to work and will work with you financially as well if you need them to unlike most places! This was the only fault I have ever had and yet the DA tried to give me 2 years probation along with community service with zero proof from them that I even did what they claimed! My case was brought down to only 1 yr probation, very minimal court fees and zero community service with a no contest plea. I wanted to plea not guilty, but I refuse to allow a jury to decide my future and face possible jail time over a misdemeanor, so this was the best choice for me. She went over every single option line by line, she made sure I was FULLY aware of what I was signing and agreeing to. Once my probation is done, all of this will be expunged from my name as if nothing ever happened to begin with! I, above and beyond, recommend Fassio Law to represent you!
