I’ve been in touch with Bedlam Law since May 13th. Spoke with them the 14th. Spoke with them the 19th. And I spoke with them today. They have been fully aware of my situation and when I called today to ask how to submit the $250 I literally got a step by step instruction from them on how to submit the $250 for the consultation-it went through and I get a call from some woman named Heather who said yea that’s not going to happen we aren’t going to do that. She hung up on me before I could even ask about my money that has been taken from my account. I call back and said ok what about my money and they’re acting like I somehow did something wrong when they told me to send it. Now they won’t give me my money back. It took 6 phone calls to get someone to answer and tell me that the office manager is out until next Tuesday and to not call back. And keep answering my calls and immediately hanging up. They know they made a mistake like it wasn’t even a big deal just give me my money back, rest assured I don’t want your consultation. But Bedlam Law I certainly expect my money back in a timely manner. Waiting until Tuesday to even begin the refund is unacceptable as well as the way you ladies just treated me. One of you had the sense to admit how wrong this is though, not before you hung up on me as well. To whomever I spoke with today, you all have no integrity and no morals and I pray that is not an accurate depiction of how you care for your clients especially in such a stressful situation.
