Look all I wanted was a reason why they always denied me and never called to listen to my story. One of these days I will become a lawyer myself and never turn people down before calling them more about their back story. And when you call their office the people have this unpleasant attitude, I get it you are not funded greatly but their are more people out there struggling without it having to be an extreme emergency services which they won’t tell you what those are cause “they don’t have to give that info to me ” all I wanted was to have someone at least call me and ask me what is up and if they can’t help that’s ok but dont instantly send me a letter with info that rejects me due to not enough funding and telling me to go to places I have already called and applied for. Why be called legal aid if you aren’t there to legally aid a lot of people. I am always rejected at this place and so are more than 10 other people and no one can talk to them bout why they automatically deny most people . It’s a mystery. I get it you guys are private company but at least call the potential clients and listen to their story cause you can only tell so much to the application line till they just say ok are you done ok someone will reach out soon. Cmon really. We can do better than this . We are all supposed to help on this earth and if we get attitudes from the ones that should be able to help why go there?
