Melinda is unprofessional in and out of the court. Tooks days to hear back about anything. Then after I fired her for not doing her job it took 2 weeks and she came up with a invoice of stuff she claimed to do and wouldn’t give me back the part of the retainer that hadnt been used yet. She’s nothing but a thief claiming to be an attorney.
Unprofessional attitude, sloppy work on legal documents, knows her client’s case facts so well she refers to her client’s real property as being owned by the opposing party then refuses to correct her mistake on her own dime. Would not recommend to anyone. One star is a joke.
Melinda is nice and quick to answer questions, but she really only deals with bankruptcy and the like. It is also a very small office. Don’t go with more than one other person or there won’t be room for you all.
