Very experienced attorney who actually cares. His staff was very nice to me. The staff always informed me during the entire process on what was going on and worked around my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend Mr. Caudle.
I wouldn’t have given any stars for a rating if that was possible. He just needs to close the doors. Communication is horrible and staff DID NOT last long at all. Put your money towards a far better law office and one that will LISTEN to you and not brush you off. Glad others got a better experience cause he was god awful with me and my case.
The only reason I went with this office is because Rachel was the sweetest, most kind, helpful person there. The others are all rude and act as though we should know what to do. We are coming to you for help as you have the law degree and I don’t. The old witch at the front needs to find a new job. She’s RUDE, unhelpful, and flat out disrespectful. I’m not sure how this office is still open with how they treat the clients. If we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying for someone to do it for us. You let your best employee who treated others with kindness go and kept a witch. Sad how that works.
