Not only did Brian treat me and my daughter with respect but also when I was angry about things related to the divorce he kept me on a straight track. He could have said sure fight more all I need is more money but he honestly help me do what was best for my daughter. As father I would recommend Brian’s service to any Father fighting for there children.
I cannot recommend Carol Swenson since she was not professional or objective as a GAL, and my children suffered both from emotional and physical trauma by their father with severe PTSD who was paying C. Swenson thousands of dollars. It was a nightmare, and as a Christian I know God will hold C. Swenson accountable in a courtroom at a much higher elevation. God is omnipresent and there is no partial immunity in his courtroom. I consider Carol Swenson one of the most evil people to ever cross my path in this lifetime. Her total bill was over $70,000. Also C. Swenson does illegal exparte talking to the legal community including judges behind the scenes to smear whatever party she is against in a case with fabricated and false statements. Beware and do not hire C. Swenson, or agree to her especially as a GAL for children.
My family have used this law firm for decades. Each thing has been a family related matter wills, guardianships, and each time we have been absolutely satisfied with the work of this firm. In fact, I sent my father there just a few weeks ago to get his will made.
