Was wrongly charged with A&B and Domestic. Did a In and out once I heard of the warrant! Spoke to Attorney Nix the next day! Quoted me $1,000.00 which I feel was fair! Paid up front and went on my way! He was a very Busy man at the time so didn’t hear from him at all! Made it to my first hearing! Was time for “Roll Call” the victim nor my attorney was present. A court appointed sat down with me and went over my case up until I told her I hired an attorney. The district attorneys assistant then called Nix at which he ran over. Spoke to the judge than we left! Another court date scheduled at which again; victim nor did my attorney show. The DA and his Assistant both came And apologized telling me he was going to drop charges and the victim would be responsible for court cost etc. Attorney Nix is a very good man! Just think I caught him at a very busy time!
