I Called to inquire about if the law firm handles probate at the end of Feb for an uncle who passed away. After looking at a couple of different firms, I called back to set up a consultation with them and a few others. The receptionist here informed me then they were no longer in Grove. The entire time they were rude and then mentioned that they had discussed this in a meeting and there was a conflict. When I asked what the conflict would be (Since they didn’t have any information) she changed and said it was not a conflict and they just discussed it in a meeting and it was denied. I tried to ask if she could find out why they denied it without even having any information, she answered I wasn’t in the meeting, When I tried again to ask if she could talk to them and find out why, she only continued to be ruder and interrupted me saying “I wasn’t in the meeting.” (For how good the lawyers are, I have no Idea, never had the chance to talk or have interactions with them) As far as communication goes, they could have told me they closed the grove office down the first time I called. They need to disconnect the number or have a message that says we no longer have an office in Grove. In short losing a loved one is hard enough, going through the aftermath is even harder at times. They do not appear to have any empathy.
