If I could go lower than a one star it would be negative. Kathy did a horrible job for us. Just kept asking for more money. Kathy never achieved anything, and later we found out from another attorney she made decisions on our behalf we knew nothing about and we were devastated. I don’t recommend her for anyone.
Very disappointing – Like so many others, we have been ghosted and might loose our case because we can’t get the records she has in hand. WOW! Update- Kathy finally replied after our response deadline was reached causing us to have to start the entire process over and ultimately costing us thousands of dollars. She said she would issue a refund of our retainer but never did. Don’t waste your time or money asking this unethical attorney to do anything for you.
