The lady at the desk.was rude and would not let me tell her why I needed to ask questions. I needed someone who knew about my ADA rights. She hung up my face and then would not answer and allow me.to.speak with a lawyer that wend to school for disability. She needs to be talked to. I have PTSD with Anxiety and Sever panic disorder. She would not even let me speak. I hope the calls are recorded. I have had the worst luck with my employer and have turn in two FMLA paperwork and 1 STD paperwork because of their findings and had fluid pressure build up in my head. She had no right to dismiss me like I have been for the past almost year by my doctors and employer now her. I am over this all.
