Unfortunately my sister and I are out $11,000 with nothing to show for it after 2 years. In the beginning we had high hopes, we met with Kelsey in August and we finally felt things were going to be resolved and she said we would have a conclusion to our case by mid to late September. I hate to even write this review but after countless calls and emails with so response as to how our case is going I feel I have no other choice. We have yet to receive even a case number. This whole situation very disheartening. We don’t mind things taking a while to be resolved, it’s just troubling to have no contact or updates in the meantime. Kelsey seems like a very nice lady and I am praying for her and her family.
Do not use these people. They will take thousands of dollars from you and do nothing.
