I would not recommend, I recommend you go with someone else, been a few years but I lost my brother in guard rail incident, he lived with me I had custody rights, David and his team still cut check to my brothers parents, I never recovered paying my brothers funeral expenses out of pocket!! Again do your research and go with anyone else!!
Tom Marcum did a very good job helping out me through a difficult time! He’s very caring and also a very good lawyer!
We were referred to the Burrage law firm by a family member that is a lawyer in Texas. We spoke with Tom Markham about helping us with an adoption process. We paid the retainer of $2500 on April 19th 2024. We never heard another word from him. Not an email, not a phone call, not a text message. Absolutely no contact From him in 4 months!!!!!! We called the office multiple times left multiple messages and he never called us back. Finally I called the receptionist and asked for my retainer to be refunded and she happily refunded in my in a matter of minutes as if I had never paid them.. I will be reporting them to the Oklahoma state bar.. If I were you reading this review I would run as fast as I could from this place. Take it from someone that has a dense history of lawyers in the family. Absolutely terrible.
