Thomas Marcum took my case knowing that I was in contempt and refusing to follow a court order and then withdrew because I wouldn’t follow a court order. He charged thousands of dollars and we never even had a hearing or anything. Was also very rude and unprofessional. Go with any other law firm.
Don’t waste your time or money , they don’t do anything that’s required of them . the lawyers talk a good game but will throw you under the bus in court .
I can say from experience and with confidence that Mr. Thomas Marcum has made every effort to insure that my case with DHS/CPS and Criminal Court has gone as smoothly and quickly as possible so far, and I’m a past convicted felon. If not for his help the District Attorney would’ve certainly of found me guilty of their overzealous charges. He’s polite, and provides sympathy. Very importantly, he takes and receives both my phone calls and text messages and provides, all around great service. I am pleased with his abilities so far and would recommend him to anyone finding themselves on the wrong side of the law.
