While Mr. Eggert was professional, he lacked communication and any motivation to protect a child in a custody case. His laissez faire approach cost me time and a default ruling very early on and there was absolutely no fight for my child, especially when it came to their mental health. My concerns were not addressed other than to be passed off. If your divorce/custody is amicable, he’s probably great but if you have a volatile ex spouse known for alcoholism and abuse – look elsewhere and save yourself time, thousands of dollars, and serious heartache. There were far more affordable attorneys willing to protect my child in my case so we went that route instead.
Mr. Eggert was a pleasure to work with. He was timely, communicative, and professional in preparing a QDRO for a divorce case I was an attorney on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to future clients or attorneys who need referrals.
