This man is a fraud! When Fletcher says he’s a “practicing lawyer” he means it. Don’t let him “practice” on you! His clients go to prison. Period! He won’t answer calls or letters, he has zero experience in the criminal arena, and he’s unfit and ineffective, but he will show up for Court. He attempted to plead me out for a 10 year sentence on a “misdemeanor” case! Later the Judge had to Order him to answer my letters. Finally I took control and negotiated a favorable disposition through the prosecutors office. Fletcher is all suit, no substance! Represent yourself, you’ll fare better.
This guy is part of how judicial abuse I’m washington county/ state of Oklahoma continues to sadly just the way they do things which is continuance of CURTIS DELAPP passing the baton of CURRUPT fraudulent proceedings criminal violations of many constitutional liberties purposeful gross negligence of judicial review boards judges judging judge’s as vaclaw,Sigler, franks/ WILLIAMS confident there’s no consequences when chief or senior judges allow as well encourage conspiracy because is knowledge of facts , as well criminal violations from district attorneys,administrative documents as well false proceedings and fraudulent affidavit would land alotnof them DISCHARGED ,arrested as well convicted for violations of law. As higher upper social class prejudice thinking thier better than any other person whom has ever made a mistake and git arrested or committed a crime. SO THE EASE OF abuse of power keeps attacking making us continue to pay for thier criminal violations and mistakes because the government continues to supply resources which should be available for American people (citizens)
